If you are looking for the perfect cheese platter wine, this is it. Close to Mum’s heart (our wonderful chief winemaker) and new to our range, we fermented this wine on skins to give it a luscious mouthfeel. It has held the pure fruit flavours from the vineyard, with beautiful notes of dill, fennel, ginger, pear and honey.
