An Aperol Spritz is a wine-based cocktail made from the perfect ration of Aperol, Prosecco & soda water. It is served over lots of ice and with a slice of orange.

What Does An Aperol Spritz Taste Like?

Aperol Spritz’s are a refreshing, balanced, delightfully citrusy and bubbly cocktail. It tastes of the bitterness of burnt orange, rhubarb and bitter herbs, but the sugar in the Aperol makes the drink sweeter.

It varies on the kind of Prosecco that gets used, but based on the average alcohol percentage of 12% for Prosecco, and the fact that Aperol has an alcohol percentage of 11%, that means that an Aperol Spritz will be approximately 11%.

How To Make An Aperol Spritz:
