The Lake Tyrrell we see nowadays is one of the few remaining fragments of an ancient mega lake known as Lake Bungunnia, which was formed approximately three million years ago after a geological change in South Australia dammed the Murray River.

Lake Tyrrell Salt Co. has now extended our Gourmet Outback Vic Range with native herbs from local farms and winery and also new packaging including local Indigenous artwork designed by Jackie and Robbie wirramanda from Lake Tyrrell Arts.
